Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked event with MotivationsByMTR, please contact us at least 72 hours(3 days) in advance to receive a full deposit refund, 48 hours(2 days) to receive half deposit refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will not receive any deposit refund.
